Dell: Selling a new backbone for SMBs

  • What Dell Lacks

    Dell will have a major problem attracting the SMB without assistance from the Local Service Providers who own the target SMB space and provide them with the basic Broadband Links. In addition there is not enough shared revenue for their regular VAR to go after this SMB Market.
    Most SP would like to work with Dell to go after these SMB customers with a bundled Broadband link, Cloud based Apps. offering but Dell will need to restrucutre their offering to accomadate these local Last Mile Providers.
