Please Microsoft get the old guy out of the picture, PLEASE! Revamp the front office TODAY or lose out tomorrow. It is almost past time to realize that MS will never become Apple or Google/Android or even RIM until they use their young dynamic talents in the decision making as well as the development of Win 8 Mobile. To become No.1 you need to dump the suite and ties and get with the program. The OS who wins here must be "Fluid, Polished, Secure and Full featured" An OS needs to be trusted to perform as expected with little or no hiccups. Outside of the box is not even close anymore it needs to be outside of all expectations and wow everyone in every camp. Now get to work.
