As usual, when you say "open to all" you mean just the US.

It seems that anybody living in the US believes that they are the whole world. Would somebody define "across the web" for me?

Soz im s bit late with this but maybe zdnet and cdnet could show some sensitivity to the rest of the world and just put a note the is only us. Believe it on not out there is a world that is a lot bigger that the us and is sick of not only missing out on these things (apple is included in this) but also being ignore by your editors who seem at times to ignore us as much.
I'm guessing that Google will roll this out to other parts of the world soon, on an area by area basis.

No need to fret, just be patient. I am, here in the UK.
