I want iSmell!
Years ago I heard about a company that was developing a digital "smell" interface and tastable ink with edible paper... I think they were called iSmell and iTaste... but they didn't make it. I don't care all that much about the iTaste... half of the experiance of taste is in the texture anyways... but could you imagine playing an exploritive "myst" type game and smell the ocean spray (the wind would help here a lot too) or playing a "doom" type game and have the coppery smell of blood overwhelm your senses. (some might think this would be too real... regardless) I think smell is a much understated sense and should be as important as the right music in our entertainment experiance.
