    Clear and concise design layouts on websites is important if you look at sites like amazon or ebay they are so unbelievably cluttered it scares people off, trouble is they try to give the user's to much information on a per page basis and half that information is irrelevant to the product your trying purchase.

    For these sites to be truly accessible for all then they are going to haft to change them quite considerably to achieve this, even paypal's sight is atrocious for usability.

    Barclay's recently overhauled there Internet banking sights and my god what a difference it has made, and I dare say the server loads will be considerably less now given that people can just login do what they need to and then log off, this will help reduce the security risks also.
