Summary: Microsoft's cloud-hosted management platform adds support for mobile devices — including iPhones, iPads and Android — in version 3.0. The Silverlight-driven UI is much the same as before, but it's now easier to see, filter and respond to alerts.

    The Groups view is a useful tool for drilling down into the users and devices you're managing. You have the option of drilling down into specific groups of users (for example by site, or by department), or by groups of devices.
