AdWeek reports that national and local advertising will reach $264 bln, according to Universal McCann. That means a rise of 6.4% over 2004, despite this year's confluence of the election cycle and the Olympics. The agency executive predicted 25% growth for internet advertising, rising to $8.8 bln.
