38 mln Western European households have broadband

Strategy Analytics expects 38 mln Western European homes to subscribe to broadband by the end of 2004, 12% more than the 34 mln originally projected earlier this year. With lower prices, higher access speeds and bundled service packages driving future growth, by 2008 the research company expects 88 mln European homes will use some form of broadband.
