45% of banking customers would like complete guarantee against identity theft

Javelin Strategy & Research asked US banking customers regarding security measures they feel their banks should implement. 45% asked the banks to provide a full guarantee against identity theft losses, 35% were interested in identity fraud insurance, 32% in credit monitoring services.
