62% of consumers planned to save on their power bills by wearing heavier clothing

According to BIGresearch, before winter consumers said they would keep a wary eye on their home heating bills this past holiday season, and when asked what they would do if their home heating bill increased by 50%, almost 2/3 say "turn down the thermostat" and 62% say "wear heavier clothing.
