65% of corporate CIOs and 45% of public sector CIOs have multiple outsourcing providers

65% of private sector CIOs are working with a number of outsourcers simultaneously. 45% of public sector organizations had more than one outsource partner. Post-outsourcing, less than 7% of CIOs in the private sector had seen significant changes to their in-house skill set, whereas in the public sector the number experiencing a change was at 28%, PMP Research says.
