80% of spam in June 2005 was about money and health, 5% - porn

Spam-Index says financial and health offers are now more prevalent in spam e-mail than previous leader - porn. In June 2003 health care and financial spam together accounted for 39% of all spam e-mails. In June 2005 these two sectors encompassed more than 80% of the total. Pornography, often considered synonymous with unwanted inbox content, now only accounts for 5%.
