8K Miles switches on cloud identity services platform

The offering comes with built-in support for more than 200 SaaS applications, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office 365.

Elite Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner 8K Miles this week started offering the multi-domain identity services platform that it acquired earlier this year when it bought FuGen Solutions, a cloud identity services broker. 

The offering, officially called the FuGen Multi-domain Identity Services Platform (MISP), already supports identity federation and single sign-on across more than 200 validated software as a service (SaaS) applications. Some of the ones that are supported "out of the box" include Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office365, DropBox, Concur, Citrix and NetSuite.

MISP also supports 15 government profiles and comes with templates for establishing large federation communities. It can be configured on-premises or from a private/hybrid cloud.

8K Miles is one of 15 elite AWS integrators , with more than five years of experience in Amazon enterprise cloud accounts. It paid $7.5 million to buy FuGen earlier this year, and several more acquisitions are apparently in the making.
