I've bought a new Android phone, the Sony Ericsson Experia X10 Mini Pro. It's small and has a slide-out keyboard, which is nice.
I really bought it so that I can use Remember The Milk and Google Apps.
However, the Android software market doesn't stipulate what license the software uses, so it's hard to tell what is Free Software as opposed to free software.
Luckily there's a couple of websites listing open source Android software, Le Wiki Koumbit AndroidFreeSoftware and a List of open source Android applications on Wikipedia.
Phew.
