There aren't too many people who will deny that Thunderbolt is, on paper, impressive. But the high speed port's reception so far has been somewhat subdued considering how severely limited the selection of compatible devices has been so far.
Fortunately Apple is moving to fix the problem - at least sort of. Months after Thunderbolt's unveiling, Apple has finally gotten around to selling spare Thunderbolt cables for the sky-shattering price of $50. It also doesn't help that there isn't much one can do with the two meter cable yet besides connecting two of Apple's newest computers together. Not enthused? We can't blame you.
