Apple has new AirPort Extreme in the pipeline [UPDATE: New Time Capsule released]

It seems that Apple has a new AirPort Extreme base station in the pipeline.

How do we know about this upcoming release? It's all thanks to a test documents posted by the FCC.

So, what do we know about this AirPort Extreme?

• Dual radio 3x3 (2.4GHz and 5.8GHz)

This rumor, along with a rumor that the Time Capsule backup tool is due for an update, has been circulating for some time. This FCC test report seems to confirm that Apple does indeed have an updated AirPort Extreme in the pipeline.
