Apple Watch and new MacBook prices worldwide

Apple has finally announced the availability date and pricing of its Apple Watch and new MacBook for nine countries.

Apple has announced that its highly anticipated Apple Watch will be available in nine countries on April 24 at a recommended retail price averaging higher than the Apple iPhone 6.

The Apple Watch will be made available in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK, and the US by reservation in Apple's retail stores, select Apple authorised resellers in China and Japan, and the online Apple store. Select department stores and boutiques in major cities, including Colette in Paris, Dover Street Market in London and Tokyo, Maxfield in Los Angeles, and The Corner in Berlin, will also be selling the watch.

From April 10, the Apple Watch is available for preview and try-on by appointment at local Apple retail stores, and pre-order through the Apple online store. The Apple Watch will also be available to preview or try on at Galeries Lafayette in Paris, Isetan in Tokyo, and Selfridges in London.

The Apple Watch will be available in three collections: Apple Watch Sport, Apple Watch, and Apple Watch Edition, with the latter crafted from custom rose or yellow 18-carat gold alloys.
