Bidder's Edge Inc. has filed an antitrust suit against eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY). The suit stems from a dispute over the practice of listing items up for auction on eBay on other sites. eBay has complained about third-party auction aggregators listing its auctions, and is reportedly under investigation by the Justice Department regarding its attempts to block those sites.
