Be sure to effectively communicate the benefits of enterprise content management to the important stakeholders in your company, including:

Most importantly, you should cater your message and medium to the different parties involved. What is the most important message about the ECM project that [insert group here] should know? With an organized and targeted communication campaign, your ECM enthusiasm could be contagious (but not in the Swine Flu kind of way).
