Businesses are paying $2150 per liter of printer ink

ZDNet UK (hence the pounds and liters) quotes Gartner saying that the businesses end up paying 1,200 British pounds (or 2,150 US dollars) for printer ink. That's more expensive than any commercially available perfume and commercially available alcohol drink, the researcher claims.
