Technology holding company CMGI is to buy the assets of bankrupt software firm iLogistix for $41m. iLogistix develops software to enable supply chain management. According to US newswires it had previously agreed a deal with Zomax, but on that occasion its suitor got cold feet and pulled out of the sale. CMGI has now bought all the company's assets pending regulator approval and the green light from the US Bankruptcy Court.
