CompuServe to change service look and feel

CompuServe will unveil a redesigned user interface and changes in its overall service later this month. The online service provider will push ahead with revamp plans, despite the AOL deal not yet being finalised.

The company has been very active recently, dismissing plans to introduce flat-rate pricing in the UK and revealing that it will change the way it sells advertising. There are also plans to introduce a new commerce section into the service.

More details of the forthcoming changes will not be made available until next week.
