Corel picks Pickering for plum Europe job
Corel has appointed its European sales and marketing director as the first step in setting up shop in the UK.
The plum job has gone to Martin Pickering who leaves an equivalent post at Quarterdeck to take up the cudgel for the Canadian software giant.
Pickering, who previously held executive posts at Approach and Logitech, said it was too early to discuss location and staffing: "It's all up for grabs at the moment but I'll be looking at premises as soon as possible."
