Disney approves Go.com stock

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- At a special meeting of its shareholders Wednesday morning, the Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS)announced the approval of an additional class of Disney common stock, go.com, that will reflect the performance of Disney's Internet properties which include Infoseek.com, Disney.com, and ABCNews.com.
