DRAM revenues to grow 56.2% in 2004 and only 1.3% in 2005

Worldwide revenue from DRAM will grow 56.2% to reach $26.7 bln in 2004, according to iSuppli. In 2005 the revenues will grow 1.3%. Revenue from the Q2 2004 only grew 0.7%, rather than the expected 7%. Megabit shipments increased by 11%, but average prices declined by 10%.
