The launch date of the Motorola Droid X smartphone has finally arrived. For a little extra something, Verizon Wireless has a special deal on the 32GB SanDisk microSDHC card when you purchase the two together.
The Droid X itself is retailing at $199.99 following a $100 mail-in rebate when you sign a two-year service contract. And for current Verizon subscribers, if your contract is going to run out before December 31 of this year, you are eligible for the special upgrade price too.
As Verizon boasts that it is the "only retailer that offers customers the 32GB SanDisk microSDHC card," the wireless provider is putting the hefty memory card on sale for $99.99 when purchased with a Droid X. But if you want only the card and no smartphone, be prepared to shell out $149.99.
