Global IT services to generate $796.8 bln by 2009

Worldwide IT service industry revenue will grow at a 6% compound annual growth rate through 2009 to reach $796.8 bln. Pent-up demand created by minimal spending in previous years has resulted in positive growth in all market segments, Gartner reports.
