Good rich Internet application thoughts on the Curl blog
I've been following the Curl developer blog a lot more closely since Marc Orchant started working there and I wanted to point it out because while they obviously talk a lot about Curl, I've also been impressed with their posts on rich Internet applications in general. There aren't enough blogs out there that break down the theory behind RIAs.

There aren't enough blogs out there that break down the theory behind RIAs. There's a lot of hype-buzz in the tech blogs about Adobe vs. Microsoft but I think we're lacking a good conversation about what RIAs are, what they should be and how we get there.
I like that the Curl guys are going that route. I'll try to do more of that. I think it's incredibly important to talk about things like web standards, accessibility, interaction design, rich media and developer-designer workflow. All of those are integral parts to the RIA story and it doesn't matter which company is talking. Different ideas lead to better technologies.
