Google Chrome on Mac? Here it is!

Mac users who have been waiting patiently for the arrival of Google Chrome, get excited: a member of the app's development team has posted a screenshot of the browser in the Chrome Group (and another, below, on his blog):Though the rendering engine isn't flexing its muscle just yet, Chrome does correctly open and close new instances of the renderer. Chrome Developer Docs has called for a "working browser window using the real multi-process infrastructure (not TestShell) by mid-February.

Obviously, we've reached that point.

The good news? Linux users, take heart -- the closer the Mac version gets to fruition, the closer the Linux version gets to development.
