- Sending stealth Windows Updates to users
- Unclear Vista Ready/Vista Capable marketing
Apple:
- Bricking unlocked iPhones
- Attempting to lock out Linux users from using the latest iPods
- Promising secret new Leopard features and then not delivering anything
