Holiday sales online to generate $13.2 bln

Online holiday sales will increase 20% to $13.2 bln from $11 bln a year ago, estimates Forrester Research. Although the increase is good, it's not great. Online sales between Thanksgiving and Christmas last year rose 31% from 2002.
