Microsoft has launched its Hotmail service on mobile phones in Asia. Hotmail users will soon be able to receive email on their mobile phones and send replies by SMS. Most Asian operators are expected to launch the service to customers by mid-summer though it will be available only in English and Chinese at first. Hotmail has 15 million registered users across Asia.
