iMediation partners Cybertek to expand in Asia

iMediation announced plans to expand its business in the Asia-Pacific Region with an exclusive reseller agreement with Cybertek Holdings for sales, professional services and support.

iMediation will provide localized versions of the company's iChannel solution to customers throughout Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and China.

SAN FRANCISCO - iMediation, a global provider of e-commerce solutions, today announced plans to expand its business in the Asia-Pacific Region with an exclusive reseller agreement with Cybertek Holdings for sales, professional services and support in Korea, Japan, Singapore and China.

The company also formed a wholly owned subsidiary to carry out these same activities in Australia and New Zealand.

"iChannel is a critically important solution for companies throughout Asia because it provides a solution to manage the complexities of their sales and distribution networks." said Kim Sang-Bae, president of Cybertek Holdings.

iMediation also announced the company's expansion into Australia with a new office located in downtown Sydney. iMediation will also support local customers with its existing 24x7 support centers located in the U.S. The company's new office will be staffed with sales and marketing staff focused on telecommunications companies, manufacturers and financial institutions.
