India's first portal on real estate launched

New Delhi, Jan 19 (Asia Pulse) - India's first interactive real estate portal Indiaproperties.com has announced its strategic alliance with Bharti BT Internet Limited to give its clients a transparent, convenient and affordable way of dealing in property.

"Through this tie-up, Indiaproperties.com will be able to reach a large number of people who are looking for transparent, convenient and affordable way of dealing in property," company managing director Naresh Malkhani said. He said the tie-up with Bharti BT Internet Ltd, the Internet service provider under the 'mantraonline' brand name, was the first alliance of its kind in the Indian Internet industry and heralded the advent of a-commerce (alliance commerce).

"In order to give maximum benefit to the end-user, it is necessary to promote Internet awareness in the real estate industry and among the members of Indiaproperties.com," Malkhani said in a release. The tie-up would help mantraonline to understand the needs of the real estate industry and acordingly develop tools customised to their requirements, he added.
