Intersolv buys UK firm for $20m
UK-based SQL Software has been bought by US software tools company Intersolv for $20.
SQL, which employs 75 people and claims revenues of $9m is a provider of process configuration management solutions, in particular software lifecycle management. Intersolv claims it has bought SQL to primarily add the software lifecycle management solution to its PVCS tools.
