I have been predicting a major copyright infringement lawsuit against Google for some time. Nevertheless, I have also underscored that while Google is beefing up its legal horsepower, it maintains its "sense of humor" in face of growing subpoenas.

Moreover, Google CEO Eric Schmidt has been steadfastly proclaiming an unbridled belief in its fair-use, DMCA powered business model.
