Is PC gaming a sport?
Attempts by the organisers of the 1999 UK PC Games Tournament to register PC gaming as a sport have fallen on deaf ears it is reported.
Enquiries were made to the English Sports Council for official recognition of computer gaming but the request was rejected out of hand, with officials refusing to send so much as an application form.
If darts, snooker and synchronised swimming can make it on to the list, why not PC gaming? Let us know what you think in the Mailroom
