In what you might call Justice 2.0, an Ohio judge is posting videos on sentencing hearings from his courtroom on YouTube.com, AP reports.
Broadcasting the hearings will allow schools and Web users to see the inner workings of his northeastern Ohio courtroom, Kimbler said.
"It’s important to know what judges do," he said.
It’s not the first time the judge has turned to technology to present his courtroom to a wider audience: Kimbler began uploading video of his sentencing hearings to his Web site about two years ago, with a delay of about two weeks between the sentencings and their appearance on the Internet.
