LG is obviously serious about making a statement when it comes to 3D televisions as the Seoul-based company will be churning out the world's largest commercial 3D LED-backlit TV soon.

The 72-inch 72LEX9 widescreen was unveiled in Korea with a 480Hz True Motion panel, DLNA connectivity, and now-typical support for plenty of online sites and programs such as YouTube.

This behemoth of a display is poised to ship during the second quarter of 2011. Destinations are unknown as are prices.

This 3D display is likely to headed for more public and business-related spaces rather than the home just yet. Who even has a living room that would fit such a monster? No one in New York City, that's for sure.
