Looking for help with Brief

I'm spending most of the this week and next working on something to be called the "Boardmember's IT Brief." It's intended to be a briefing for senior, non technical, decision makers on what to watch out for in IT proposals -and it's supposed to be short short short, no more than 60 pages, cover to cover.

Suggestions would be welcome.
