Outdoor furniture company Marin Outdoor Living had a difficult year last year.

This year, the retailer changed strategies. Now, it's focusing on a popular line of sustainable outdoor furniture, called "Mama Green," and a type of consumer it calls "staycation shoppers".

In a new video, owner Michael Galica explains why going green is paying off.
