MeegoPad T08: Mini PC with projector

Windows PCs take all forms, including small portable boxes that connect to peripherals to build a desktop system on the go. This box from China adds a projector for giving presentations on the road.

Take a small box, add PC components and ports for connecting peripherals, and you have a portable PC that can be used anywhere. Plug in a monitor, keyboard, and mouse (or go wireless), and you're ready to go.

Information about the MeegoPad T08 has leaked that takes it up a notch with a projector in the case. This turns it into a portable PC for giving presentations on the road.

The T08 can run for hours away from a power outlet given the big 12,000 mAh battery in the box. It's not a big system so it's probably not a high-end projector, but it's better than nothing.

The MeegoPad will be available with Atom processors, 4GB of memory, 64GB of storage, and a bevy of ports. These include USB 3.0, USB 2.0, microUSB 2.0, HDMI, and a microSD slot. This is rounded out with Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi b/g/n.

There's no word if the T08 will ship with Windows 10 or how much it will cost. Given the components it should be reasonably priced.

This hasn't been officially announced so timing is unknown.
