HOP-ON, INC. (no, not shouting, simply sticking to the correct spelling) is a wireless surveillance systems hardware supplier that has entered the fast-growing world of Wi-Fi-VoIP convergence.

But not in the way you might be thinking.

They've just released the HOP1502 Wi-Fi IP phone. The $39 device comes with a whole host of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VSIM (Virtual SIM) features, but also functions as a Wi-Fi phone.
