A VoIP-enabled MP3 player could be coming to Europe and North America in the next few months.
Mobilemag.com reportsthat Ezmax,a fairly obscure but apparently innovative Korea-based MP3 player manufacturer, has added a feature to its EZMP4200 MP3 player that when you connect it to your USB 2.0 port, you'll be able to make VoIP calls with the device's built-in microphone.
Depending on storage capacity, these players will range from $150 to $220 in price.
Mobilemag.com speculates that the release of the EZMP4200 in the U.S. may be somewhat contingent on the company being able to sign deals with VoIP providers. If I were one of those providers, I'd rush at the opportunity.
