I have only recently started learning how to build web sites with Drupal, a very powerful open source content management system. With tips from Danbuntu and Lullabot, I have built up a library of core modules that I’ll most likely use on a regular basis.
Oh but how to organise them in my filing system?
Luckily, the split pane feature of GNOME means it’s easy to separate the modules into categories, and then make a symbolic link in my Core modules folder. This way I don’t repeat y’self (DRY) and it’s easier to keep up-to-date with the updates.
(By the way, Drupal Modules is an invaluable tool for finding, er, Drupal modules).
