New Authorware sports Active X hooks
Active X marks the spot in Macromedia's latest version of Authorware Interactive Studio.
Developers can add Active X controls to Authorware-developed applications and the package also benefits from the inclusion of the Backstage Internet Studio 2: Enterprise Edition Web development tool and Solis Design's Pathway, training software for managing multiple courses, student enrolment and student progress.
Authorware 4 also folds in full copies of Macromedia's Director 6 and xRes imaging tool; and Sonic Foundry's Sound Forge XP audio editing suite.
