New wireless phones shed keypads

Samsung Corp. unveiled a prototype of its combined cellphone and handheld computer at a conference here recently, and the crowd cooed over the shrunken size of the device. But the gadget had shed more than its girth: It was also missing a push-button keypad. -- Wall Street Journal
