NextCall claims BT did not fulfil contractual obligations
BT faces legal action from Internet service provider NextCall, for allegedly failing to fulfil its contractual obligations to supply adequate phone lines and customer service.
NextCall says it will take out a writ against the telco because its Calls and Access service, which allows other phone companies to make use of its cable network, was crippled by insufficient technical and customer service from BT.
