After months of waiting since the product announcement in fall 2009, it looks like the Nike+ heart rate monitor for the iPod is finally going to hit the market on June 1.
It will officially launch on June 1, 2010, although it may reach some retail outlets slightly sooner. It will reach Canadian markets in June and will launch internationally in summer 2010, exact date to be determined.
The rep quickly added that they don't have any other concrete details at the moment to stop the thread in its tracks.
So we're still waiting for pricing and which iPod will be compatible with this fitness accessory. While most are pointing towards compatibility with (possibly only with) the fifth generation iPod Nano, although CrunchGear speculates it might work with the iPod Touch as well.
