Nintendo faces 'Crunch Week'

Late last week, Nintendo announced that it is expecting its consumer service line to log nearly half a million calls during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day (referred to by Nintendo as "Crunch Week").More than 200 counselors will be on hand to assist players with the games they received as holiday gifts and help people hook up composite video connectors through their VCRs.
